You’re a passionate Marketing Manager with a growth hacking mentality ready to plan and oversee our marketing campaigns. You’re someone who understands our drive and is able to communicate our message in a creative and inspiring way. You are resourceful, and have awesome creative ideas, as well as the organisational and technical skills to turn pipeline dreams into reality.


  • Plan and execute all PR, digital, and other marketing campaigns across channels (digital, press etc.)
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels - content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, lead insight, sales insight and assess against goals
  • Develop content calendar, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met
  • Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Organize and attend live marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
  • Partner with affinity brands, organisations and influencers to promote success of activities and expand audience


  • Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency
  • Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Collaborate with design and writing team members to produce high quality content


  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Build our digital marketing roadmap
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
  • Create email databases for lead generation


  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively designing and leading across channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CrazyEgg, NetInsight, WebTrends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Adwords campaigns with the help of ad tools (e.g., DoubleClick)
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English
  • Hands on experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
